NSK Membership
Gain access to the richest library collection in Croatia and a wide range of services provided by NSK, the National and University Library in Zagreb.
Extensive facilities offered to NSK members include spacious reading rooms, computer access and spaces suited for study and various creative pursuits.

Who can register for NSK membership?
Eligible for NSK membership are persons aged 16 and over.
All obligations pertaining to NSK membership in the case of members under the age of 18 are assumed by their parent, foster parent or legal guardian, who formally assume these obligations by signing a related declaration of consent.
Legal entities may not register for NSK membership, but may submit a request for NSK membership for their employees, students or other persons on whose behalf they can act in this respect. An NSK Membership Card issued upon such request bears the name of the person for which membership was requested and not of the legal entity.
How to apply for NSK membership?
You can easily apply for NSK membership in person or online.
All wishing to apply for NSK membership in person may download the NSK Membership Request Form from the Library’s website and have to present an identity document at the Form’s submission.
Upon payment of the membership fee, the NSK Membership Card is issued on the spot, enabling its holder to immediately start using the Library’s services, collections, user spaces and all other user facilities.
All applying for NSK membership by submitting the NSK Membership Request online will get instructions by e-mail guiding them through the registration process.
All data provided to the Library as part of the registration procedure are considered confidential and the Library processes them in compliance with the Croatian personal data protection act (Zakon o zaštiti osobnih podataka).
