NSK, the National and University Library in Zagreb, provides more than 1,000 reading room seats offering peace and quiet and its study facilities also include spaces for group and individual study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use our reading rooms to access the items in our collections<\/a> and closed stack items or simply as a space ideal for reading, study or research. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free WiFi internet access is available in all our spaces \u2013 you may bring in your laptop computer and use our open access computers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reading rooms collections<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apart from study spaces, our reading rooms also make available specially curated collections bringing together library material related to specific themes or areas and the collection which NSK compiles as the central library of the University of Zagreb<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Periodicals Reading Room<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In our Periodicals Reading Room, on Floor 3, you may access serial publications (newspapers, journals, conference proceedings and similar collective works, calendars) issued in Croatia as well as closed stack titles published before 1900. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newspapers and serials on microfilm are also available and may be viewed on microfilm readers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
