Study pods
Located in the reading rooms on Floors 1 and 3 and available for use during the opening hours, our study pods offer up-to-date digital learning facilities and are ideally suited for individual and group work as well as for online meetings, workshops and conferences.
The NSK study pods have been made available as part of e-Universities, a 2022-25 project funded as part of Croatia’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026 and aimed at reforming Croatia’s higher education system in which the National and University Library in Zagreb (NSK) has been tasked with supporting the digital transformation of libraries in Croatia’s higher education system.
There are currently four study pods available (one one-person, one four-person and one six-person on Floor 1 and another six-person study pod on Floor 3), which may be booked online or in the reading room on Floor 1, at the west wing help desk.
Please note that for a reservation to be possible it is required that at least two persons use a four-person pod and at least three persons use a six-person pod. Only two-hour time slots are available and reservations are possible for up to two consecutive time slots per day.
A reservation is valid within 15 minutes of the start time of the booked time slot, so if the start time of the slot that you have booked is 10.00 and you do not check-in by 10.15 your reservation will automatically be cancelled and the study pod be made available to other users.
