New NSK learning spaces: Study pods for individual and group work
Apart from spacious reading rooms, with over 1,000 seats located on six floors, group work areas and study rooms, the National and University Library in Zagreb (NSK) now offers access to study pods as brand new learning spaces available as part of NSK’s services.
Located in the reading room on Floor 1 and available to NSK users during the Library’s opening hours, the study pods provide up-to-date digital learning facilities. Suited for individual and group work, they are ideal for distance learning as well as for online meetings, workshops and conferences. They may be booked online or in the reading room, at the west wing help desk.
Everything you need for a unique learning experience
The NSK study pods are soundproof, offering facilities such as an ethernet patch cable, on-demand laptop, 21″ monitor with an HDMI port, USB port, adjustable ventilation and lighting and a power socket.
The NSK study pods have been made available as part of the e-Universities project, in which NSK has been tasked with supporting the digital transformation of libraries in Croatia’s higher education system and which is funded as part of Croatia’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026.
