Our Doors Open Days traditionally announce the celebration of the National and University Library in Zagreb Day and we dedicated their this year’s edition to great anniversaries spotlighting historic events and the related cultural artefacts in our collections.

Jointly organised by the Gamaraal Foundation, NSK and the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in the Swiss Confederation, the exhibition spotlights the stories of the Holocaust survivors in Switzerland, featuring moving video material and revealing the unthinkable loss, fear and persecution that they endured.
