Bibliometrics services

NSK, the National and University Library in Zagreb, provides bibliometrics services and issues related reports for researchers and the editorial boards of academic journals.

In our bibliometric analyses we cover the citation indexes and databases Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC), Scopus, Google Scholar and MEDLINE, as well as the databases we can access at the time of a request based on either the national subscription licence or the licence of the University of Zagreb via the NSK electronic resources website.

The Central NSK System for Bibliometric Analyses is responsible for standardising the activities of the Croatian libraries providing bibliometrics services and for providing support and assistance to library professionals conducting bibliometric analyses.

• bibliometric reports for researchers,
• bibliometric reports for editorial boards of scientific and professional journals.

Comprehensive bibliometric analyses

We also conduct comprehensive bibliometric analyses and issue related reports for Croatia’s research and higher education institutions for the purpose of accreditation, reaccreditation and other related purposes, managing the requests for such analyses depending on the institution in question and the ability of other Croatian academic libraries to carry out the requested analyses, and in the order in which we receive such requests.

Prices

Our bibliometrics services are free of charge for registered NSK users with the annual membership.

Researchers and other academic staff of Croatia’s higher education institutions who are not registered NSK users are charged for NSK bibliometrics services according to NSK Fees and Charges.
