NSK summer opening hours: 15 July – 18 August 2024

15 July – 18 August 2024

In the period between 15 July and 18 August 2024, the National and University Library in Zagreb (NSK) will be providing its services from 8.00 to 15.00 every workday, except on Wednesdays, when it will be open for users from 12.00 to 19.00. The Library will be closed on Saturdays, as well as on 15 and 16 August 2024. Starting from 19 August 2024, the Library will resume its regular opening hours. NSK café and restaurant closing over summer On Friday, 12 July 2024, the café and restaurant operating as part of the Library will close at 15.00 and reopen on Monday, 2 September 2024, resuming their regular opening hours – from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 15.00.

On 28 May 2024, the National and University Library in Zagreb (NSK) hosted the 2024 regional meeting of seven e-resources library purchasing consortia from central and eastern Europe. After all previous such regional meetings were held at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, NSK hosted the 2024 meeting, which apart from the representatives of the Hungarian and Croatian consortia brought together the representatives of another five library consortia – Austrian, Czech, Romanian, Slovak and Slovenian.
